for AC/HVAC/Freezer Products – Pancake Cu tube is not locally produced in UAE. Also, Copper pipes for water are included in this product range. The company is in negotiation with international suppliers to import and supply the cooling industries.

Copper Scrap

Millberry Copper Scrap is a recycled copper materials or cleaned new cable left overs from major installations. In a circular economy use of recycled copper helps reduce carbon foot-print and helps sustainability.

Other Metals & Alloys

The company is building up regular supply chains for Aluminium, Nickel, Lead, Tungsten, Gold and metal alloys to connect supply requests of these metals.

Copper Machineries & Equipment

Busbar Cut, bend & Punch machinery, Wire drawing machinery, Copper & Aluminium Extrusion machines, continuous casting Furnaces for copper rods are some of the machineries for which the company has found leads to supply using the previous relationships with the suppliers and arranging bundle offers in financing, spare parts, installation and training support

Electrical Copper are Products used for Electrical conductivity applications in industries such as the Transformer Industry, Switchgear Industry, Wire & Cables, Earthing System, Semi-Conductor etc.  The products illustrated are reviewed below:

  1. Copper Rods & Profile – Used by Copper extrusion Machines to produce other conductors of different sizes and lengths.
  2. Copper Busbar – Used by Electrical Switchgears to conduct power from Transformers to end electrical appliances such as machineries, equipment, sensors, cameras etc controlled by switches.
  3. Earth Rods – Used in the underground earthing systems and lightening protectors.
  4. Busways – is a prefabricated electrical distribution system consisting of busbars in a protective enclosure, transporting electricity and connecting to electrical gear such as switchgear, panel boards and transformers.
  5. Tin Plated Busbar – is a requirement by regulation in the GCC for the use of copper busbar in switchgears.  The tin plating helps to protect the underlying copper from corrosion, improving the reliability and lifespan of the busbars.
  6. Fine Copper Enamel Wire – used as the enamel insulated copper conductor coil inside electrical transformers.
  7. PICC – Paper Insulated Copper Conductor used as a conductor coil inside electrical Transformers.
  8. Copper Wire – is used in the cable and wire manufacturing process.
  9. Aluminium enamel Wire – a cheaper alternative to copper enamel wire light in weight.
  10. Copper Foil – Thin sheet of copper used in electronics in printed circuit boards (PCBs), MRI Scans, lithium-ion batteries, and as shielding against electromagnetic interference in armoured.
  11. Copper Powder 6N – is used in aerospace, electronics for research and development for creating superconducting materials, which are essential in advanced technologies like MRI machines and particle accelerators and various other applications.
  12. Tin Plated Copper Strips – widely used in electrical and electronic applications, as well as in some industrial settings.
